Bryan C. Parker is a writer, photographer, and educator living in Austin, TX. His writing has been published in Austin Monthly and online on PopPressInternational.com and Nerve.com. His photography has appeared in NME, Austin Monthly, The Austin Chronicle and online at NPR.com and a number of other outlets. His first book, Beat Happening, a volume in the 33 1/3 series was published by Bloomsbury Academic in September of 2015.
